A new position, Manager/Director of Communications, has been recommended to Personnel. This position elevates the support for this key function in the church and will promote integration and support across all ministries. Communication is paramount both in outreach to the larger community and congregation in today’s society. Over the last couple of years, this role was developed under the umbrella of Administrative services and the church welcomes the ability to now hire specifically for the skill sets that will carry PCW’s mission and ministry forward.
