We will meet on November 8th to discuss the book “Pachinko” by Min Jin Lee.  Please bring your lunch bring a friend, and get ready to talk about this award winning, NY Times Best Seller.  Beginning in 1910 during the time of Japanese colonialization and ending many decades later in 1989, Pachinko is the epic saga of a Korean family told over four generations.

If you want to read ahead, our January 2020 book will be “The Pearl That Broke Its Shell” by Nadia Hashimi.
