The Presbyterian Church in Westfield (PCW) is seeking a Church Management System (CMS) Administrator. This new part-time position (24-hours/week) will lead the implementation of PCW’s new cloud-based CMS system and will then be responsible for day-to-day management and optimization of the system.
The goal of the CMS system is to manage our existing membership, grow potential membership and engage and inform current and potential members more effectively and efficiently. To help achieve those objectives, the CMS administrator will work with others in the church to refine existing processes to fully leverage the CMS and optimize member and potential member engagement.
She/he will also support the PCW’s Comptroller primarily related to Giving information in the CMS.
